Bonjour à tous,

En discutant avec un utilisateur qui fait de la cyto spectrale, j'ai eu la surprise d'apprendre qu'il faisait tous le unmixing (ou compensation) manuellement.

Je n'ai pas d'expérience avec le spectral, mais j'ai été surprise de ce fait.

Et vous cytometristes spectrales comment faites-vous ?

Here at Pasteur we unfortunately don't know better. I have heart that someone in GB is working on automating this, but I have no details and the file formats are also proprietory, which makes this much more complicated...

Let me know if you run into a solution...
